Navarro County was created in 1846 out of the lands from Robertson County. In this, the first marriage book of the county, you will find two alphabetical listings of names. The first is by the grooms with the names of the brides and the date of the marriage. The second listing is by the brides and gives the names of the grooms and the date of the marriages.
