Scott. 8½x11 300 pp. For the first time, this landmark reference has been retypeset into a more usable form, and provided with an index and microfilm listings. This volume is the treasure trove from which sources for most Confederate records are extracted. Most significant records of the Confederate government reside in Washington, DC where they are part of Record Group 109 in the National Archives.
