Lifeline: The War of 1812 Along the Upper St. Lawrence River - Mike Phifer. This work sheds light on the important region along the Upper St. Lawrence River (eastern Ontario and northern New York) during the War of 1812. All the battles and skirmishes are covered including the Wilkinson 1813 campaign which was the largest U.S. operation in, not only the War of 1812, but the largest until the Civil War.
