The abstractions contained in this book were taken from a box of unrecorded documents in the Patrick County Clerk's office-a mix of county documents that went unrecorded over the years. These documents include wills, deeds, agreements, and other assorted instruments, and some of them contain information which cannot be found in other records. Since these documents are not recorded, they are not public records and are therefore not available to be either viewed or copied. The language and spelling of the original documents has been maintained.
