CD: The Descendants in the Male Line of David Atwater

$15.95

David Atwater, one of the original planters of New Haven, Connecticut, came from London and settled in New Haven in 1638. This CD contains a genealogical register of the descendants of the male line of David Atwater to the sixth generation. "All in America who bear the name of Atwater are descendants of David. None have yet been found whose lineage could not be traced to him." Entries typically contain name, date of birth, name of wife(s) and date of marriage, date of death, and occasionally biographical tidbits. The names and birth dates of children are also given, and frequently include the name of a daughter's husband or the date of a child's death. A family number is prefixed to each of the 4,206 names listed in the register. A family number index and a full name page number index are provided.

The format used on this CD preserves the look of the original page, however, there is no electronic index and the CD is not electronically searchable.
