Richmond County is located on the eastern border with South Carolina on the Savannah River. It is one of the original counties of Georgia and was created February 5, 1777. This volume is a reprint of two older books on Georgia. The first one is Memoirs of Georgia (1895) and the second one is and Historical Collection of Georgia (1854) by George White.
