$32.00

This book lists all Union army veterans living in thirty Eastern Kentucky counties in 1890. The Census recorded the company and regiment of the soldiers, their rank and dates of enlistment and discharge. It also lists widows of soldiers who had died. More than 6,000 soldiers in counties east of a line stretching from Mason County in the north through Powell in the middle to Knox County in the south are included. Some Confederate soldiers were inadvertently included. The index lists all soldiers.
