Pendleton County, Kentucky Biographies

Pendleton County, Kentucky is located in the northern portion of the State and was created in 1798 out of the lands that belonged to Bracken and Campbell Counties. The materials for this volume are taken from two sources: History of Kentucky by Lewis Collins written in 1882 and Kentucky: A History of the State written by W. H. Perin, J. H. Battle and G. C. Kniffin written in 1885. Since most of the information on the individual families is taken from the family themselves, the information could be considered more accurate than other publications.
