1840 Cabell County, [West] Virginia Census

Cabell County, West Virginia, located on the Ohio River, is one of the older counties in the state. This 1840 Census transcribes all of page one of the census and most of page two, except the slave records which is given on by age/sex numbers. A listing of the pensioners from the American Revolution and the War of 1812 is given by name and age.
