Kendall County, Texas was created in 1862 from land taken from Kerr and Blanco Counties. These Marriage records taken from Register A Volume 1 and Volume 2 of the County records represent the oldest Marriage Records for the County. This set of records is composed of two alphabetical listings, one of the grooms and the other of the brides. Each set of the records contains the names of the groom and bride, as well as the date of the marriage.
