Lynn County, Texas was created in 1876 out of Young County, but not organized until 1903. This volume of marriages represents the first record of those marriages held in Lynn County. There are two alphabetical listings, one for the grooms and one for the brides. Each entry contains both the names of the brides and grooms and also the date of the marriage.
