This volume contains some of the early marriages of Karnes County which was created in 1854 from portions of four other counties, i.e. Bexas, San Patricio, Goliad and DeWitt Counties. The records are presented in two alphabetical listings, one for the grooms and the other for the bride. Each set of records give the names of the groom, bride and date of the marriage.
