Across the nation following the Civil War, the Confederate Veterans organized into
camps all across the country. This volume lists the various camps in each of the states with the names of the Commanders and Adjutant, also the location of the headquarters. Each of the camps is named for a specific leader during the war. Sometimes these names are famous persons and leaders of armies and others are named for local leaders.
