Henry County, Kentucky History and Biographies.

Henry County was the 31st county created in 1798 after Kentucky was admitted to the union. It was named for Patrick Henry, the governor of Virginia in 1776 when Kentucky first became a part of Fincastle County, Virginia. In this volume is a brief history of the county and a collection of short biographical sketches of various families at the time of the original publication of these records about the late 1880s.
