Saline County, Missouri Records
Saline County is located in the northwestern portion of the state along the Missouri River. It was created on 25 November 1820 by the primary settlers from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia and named for the salinity springs in the area which gave valuable minerals to these early settlers. In this volume you will find a brief history of the county, an abstract of Deed Books “A” and “B” 1821-1828 and the early birth register for the county.
