Marriages included in this book are from the areas of Dinwiddle, Prince George, and Nottoway counties. Prince George and Dinwiddle are burned counties with few surviving records. The records of Nottoway County are all extant except that they have no marriages. These marriages pick up where The Vestry Book and Register of Bristol Parish, Virginia, 1720-1789 leaves off.
