Annotated Abstracts of Southampton County, Virginia Deed Book 1, (1749-1753)

Southampton County, Virginia was established in 1749, from that part of Isle of Wight County south and west of the Blackwater River. A small portion of Southampton would later be donated to form Greensville County.
