Ruth and Sam Sparacio
Deed books typically contain records of land transactions, mortgages, bills of sale, slave manumissions, powers of attorney, and sometimes marriage contracts. Deed books should always be consulted when doing genealogical research.
This volume contains records from Fairfax County, Virginia, Deed Book T, 1790–1792, beginning on page 159 and ending on page 540/541 for courts held 15 June 1790 through 20 February 1792; and from Fairfax County, Virginia, Deed Book U, 1792–1793, beginning on page 1 and ending on page 329/332 for courts held 20 February 1792 through 17 September 1792.
