This book is a compilation of the loose petitions, oaths, letters, and other papers of the winners in ALL SEVEN of Georgia’s Land Lotteries. These petitions do not appear in the Land Lottry Books of their corresponing year. These were petitions that were found loose/seperate within the basement of the archives. Let it be understood, these land lotteries do not appear in any other land lottery book except for this one. This book should have been called The Loose land Lottery Papers. These are the records of some of the winners and / or their heirs and include valuable family information. They contain more than 3,000 individuals.
