Roundyboundy is a slice of American history. Foster and Myers ancestors include early immigrants to Jamestown, indentured servants and slave owners. Quakers who became prominent landowners in Anne Arundel County and influential members of Maryland's colonial legislature. Swiss, German and Austrian immigrants who became anglicized as families moved across Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky and Missouri. There were patriots who fought for Democracy, the War of 1812 and the civil war. Individuals who built fortunes from generous land grants.
