1800 Queen Anne's County, Maryland Census

Queen Anne's County was erected in 1706.  Districts or hundreds undoubtedly existed when the 1800 census was taken for Queen Anne's County, however there is no evidence of such in the records copied.  It is for this reason that a place of residence could not be shown in preparing the pages of this book.  The census contains nearly 1400 names.  When there was some doubt as to the exact spelling of a name a (?) was inserted.  

The census is alphabetical order by the Head of The Family and the number of Free White males, Free White females, Other free persons and the Number of Slaves in each household.
