Descendants of James Paton (1811-1853) and Jacobina Wills (Osborne) Paton of Galston, Scotland, and Salt Lake City, Utah.

This booklet lists 695 descendants of James Paton, who died in 1853 at Irvine, Ayrshire, Scotland. His widow, with the two surviving children of their family of eight, came to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1855, where she spent most of the remainder of her life. These three branches of John and Ann Allan Paton's family of thirteen children were the only ones to emigrate to America.
