Morris County, Texas was created in 1875 from the lands of Titus County. This volume of the Probate Cases is an alphabetical listing of the names of the deceased persons, minors, and other principals with references to filing date of the case and the case number. The case number is extremely important to the genealogical and historical researcher as this is needed to access the original files in the court house.
