Pulaski County, Virginia Deaths, 1853-1870

The death records of Pulaski County, like all other Virginia Counties, were recorded on a voluntary basis. There was no State law to require them to record these records. The information contained in these records are: Name, race, sex, age, name of parents, place of birth, occupation/consort, owner of slaves, date of death, place of death and the name of the informant. Taken from the microfilm copy of the original, this volume lists each of the deaths that were recorded in the county from 1853-1870.
