This book contains abstracts of 248 cases of land transactions found in a box of loose papers that cover Burke County Civil Actions Concerning Land The final court decision about many of the cases is NOT included. But the decision can be determined by consulting the court minutes (usually superior court) in the archives since we know the plaintiff and defendant from the loose papers.
