This incomplete collection of Continental Congress papers is an artificial record group that contains manuscripts withdrawn in the past from various sources, such as the records of the Executive, Legislative, and Auditor's departments. It is a finding aid to materials in a four-reel microfilm publication. It consists of eighteen boxes covering the period 1775-1789. Three appendices list the Governors of Virginia, Presidents of Congress, and Delegates from Virginia.
